We are looking for an Employment Associate (2 yr PQE +) for our Leeds office. You will join a busy, close knit team working with Partners Paul Stokey (National Head of Employment) and Phil Crowe (Head of Employment Leeds) and recent joiner, Kate Dodsworth.
This team has a focus on contentious work so presents a great opportunity for exposure to a split of employment matters across contentious and advisory work with the appropriate supervision and development opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will have had experience of tribunal litigation and advisory work. You will enjoy working on your own initiative but with the support of a collegiate team. The role will offer opportunities to be involved in client relationship management and you will play a key role in delivering a commercial and effective service for our clients. This role will offer flexibility in terms of where you work; typically three days a week in the office and two days a week from home.

The team primarily works with employer clients on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. We also have specialists in advocacy, corporate work and business immigration.
