Our construction law team has advised on some of the UK’s most significant construction projects over the years, including infrastructure projects, commercial/residential schemes, town centre redevelopments, urban regeneration schemes, portfolio acquisition/disposal projects and process plants. The team acts for developers, occupiers, funders, construction professionals, contractors and specialists on managing and resolving risks in building and engineering projects. |
Since opening the Leeds office it has grown from 6 staff to over 100 and continues to grow across all disciplines. Due to that ongoing growth and increased client instructions we are seeking to appoint additional construction lawyers, specialising in non-contentious matters, to join our Leeds based Legal 500 and Chambers recognised team. The Leeds team are part of a large national construction law team, and we advise on all aspect of construction law for a national client base, including many household names.
