Our Corporate team in Scotland is led by Alison Gilson and with has established practice operating across Edinburgh and Glasgow. Our Scottish team has extensive experience advising on a full range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, private equity and venture capital fundraisers, shareholder arrangements, disposals and joint ventures. We act for local, national and international clients across a wide range of sectors and have developed expertise working with businesses including in the technology, sports, transport and living sectors. |
We are looking to add a Senior Associate or Principal Associate to each of our Scottish offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Such candidates would join our Scotland Corporate team that operates collegiately as one team across both offices. We are keen to speak with candidates with good experience in advising on M&A deals and a range of other corporate transactions.
The role will see you take ownership of some transactions as well as working alongside a Partner as part of a local or national team on larger or more complex deals. Mentoring and developing junior associates will also be a vital part of your role.
