Our Real Estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. Our national Real Estate team is one of the largest in the UK, spread across all offices and representing an impressive range of clients from developers, investors and corporate occupiers through to banks and funders.  Our Birmingham team advises clients on the full spectrum of commercial real estate matters and offers a dynamic environment with lots of opportunity for progression and development. This role will see you become a key member of an established team that is positive, professional and supportive.

Our formidable real estate team is undergoing an unprecedented level growth nationally and our Birmingham based team is taking centre stage with a brief to take on an additional associate. 

The successful candidate will be joining a recognisable force in the Midlands; where you’ll be working with people who are passionate about Real Estate law and thrive on being pro-active, bringing energy and ideas to make a real difference to clients. You'll be expected to make things happen and take initiative from day one.

This role will see you assisting a market leading Partner and working within a team, advising retail, leisure, and other corporate occupier clients in respect to the expansion, disposal and management of their property portfolios, a significant number of these clients are household names. You will be supporting the local and wider strategic agenda for the division, and we will provide you with every opportunity to develop your career to the next level and beyond.
